Most muslim countries buy China's explanation far more than they buy US story. As for the European countries, they're never genuinely concern with Muslim human right to begin with. If they do, they'd be more concern with those in the war torn region, muslim plight in Kashmir and else where than a bogus 'genocide' in Xinjiang. To them, this exercise is a smear campaign they actively participated in, they fully understand what it is.
