China is also excel in providing scholarships to developing countries students. Many of them praised Chinese generosity in this field. This is softpower. But unfortunately, China doesn't provide much employment or helping them to set up start up businesses in China. Many of them leave China after graduate, which is a loss for China. China should try to retain them, at least the best of them.
