Something like that should be able to deal with a kamikaze jetski or modified UUV. I believe PLAN's current decoy launchers are 122mm but the ASW tubes are 240mm (Type 87) or 300mm (anything derived from RBU-1000 or RBU-6000) meaning bigger warheads and longer range. Is it even possible for HQ-10/FL-3000N to hit a surface target? They may not require an illuminator per se but IIRC do need an air search radar to cue them in the general direction of the target. I think sea drones have a potential to become some kind of latter-day Jeune Ecole tactic, because they may not be readily detected in high sea states, and there has to be sometihng better to deal with them than a Sea Whiz or RWS or manually fired HMG.
