The Pk is likely to be abysmal since you would need a direct hit and they are unguided. I could see a missile of the same size as the ones used in the MLRS-type chaff/flare/smoke/decoy launchers being developed. Or they could just modify the HHQ-10 for use against surface targets if it doesn't already have that capability.
