China should be able to develop its own cutting edge technology and ecology, which drives the economy forward.  The whole Pearl River Delta regions Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, etc. will turn into a high-tech innovative hub much like Silicon Valley devoted to domestic chip manufacturing and software development like gaming, OS platforms.  Probably millions of high-pay software jobs and engineering jobs will be created instead of relying on the West.   From then on, China will be able to transition to a high-tech economy permanently independent from the West and no longer worry about sanctions.
