Those stupid SH bureaucratic think they're smart, playing the "precision" lock down game. You know they're full of sh!t when they lock down a 20 m^2 tea house to quarantine nobody inside. For months other provinces have been complaining about positive cases returning from SH, evidence of undetected community spread in SH. Like HK, they're secretly spreading the epidemic in the hope that it could get pass the river of Rubicon undetected, but eventually it couldn't be covered up. Now SH is facing a virtual lock down with Pudong and Puxi lock down at the same time starting Apr 1. 40,000 medical personnel are sent in from surrounding provinces to help them test 26 million people tomorrow. I truly hope those clowns responsible will be held accountable.
