The Huating spread was disclosed on Mar 10. It's unlikely to be the root cause of SH recent surge to over 110K infection in less than a month. SH spread has been ongoing since end of last year and is covered up by "precision" testing, ie. test as little people in as small area as possible, until Huating incident forced a more widespread testing to expose it.
