Unless there are something better out there, and they probably have to come out from Europe, not China. Chinese strict censorship make it hard for the world to accept anything coming out of China. Tiktok can be a global social media because it is a pioneer in its field, even then the company still have to split the services into Douyin and Tiktok. WeChat had a chance to be global, but its focus on Chinese market made that ship sailed a long time ago, now WA is the dominant one. China obsessive with information control seriously hamper Chinese IT export. One thing China can do is to help Europe through investment to build their own tech champion to reduce American ones' influence. But even that might not be easy, for once Europe might be suspicious of Chinese investment.
