If Europe is serious with military build up, Europe alone is enough to deal with Russia. It will actually free up the Americans. Now the US maybe able to focus more on China, and with Europe pumping money into US MIC, the Americans will have more fund to build up power in Pacific.

Another thing, with Russia and Europe relationship destroyed, this is a serious obstacle to Eurasia integration, and to Chinese OBOR project.
