She is saying that 10 years ago his wife brought her to his home where he raped her while a guard was posted outside. Then they had sex (consensually?) 7 years ago. Then 7 years after that he coerced her into sex again, which per her description sounds non-consensual. Regardless of the actual timeline/chronology of the non-consensual sex, she is claiming that it happened, possibly at least twice.
