A guard is probably going to be of his own employ. Yes, maybe it WAS a secret plant from a higher up sent to keep an eye on him, but common things are common, and there is no way in hell you can make a legitimate case that it's more likely he has some hidden higher master, than the far more likely case that he is the employee of who he is most obviously the employee of.

And did she have to resist for it to be rape? And who says she didn't? Who says she is automatically stronger than him just because she is a tennis player??? Also, he was (and is now) far more powerful politically and socially, she was in his house, there was a guard outside, nobody is going to hear her protestations, or if they hear, no one is going to help her, including his own wife. Under those circumstances, she could easily have just decided to not physically resist. Again, none of this is rocket science and it doesn't take a genius to understand how rape could have happened to her WITHOUT any noticeable injury to him.
