Is that sign board photoshopped? Also, the supposed "sonic blaster" does not look like PLAN's usual LRAD which is diamond-shaped and the mounting does not look like the model either. It doesn't make sense to build so many ships in only a few years and then retire most of them. 511 was only commissioned in 2016, that's less than five years of service.
