The fact that they negotiated for two years with India, then to only see India reject the RCEP because it was not good enough for them, only underlines an aggressive arrogance on the part of the Indians, which they maintain always.What is stunning is the poverty and backwardness are the pillars of this arrogance.
The only thing I can think of that is similar is for some rich person, the 1% are always arrogant, that the rich person losses all their money.
That rich person is no long rich. The money is gone, but the arrogance remains.
People like that, are truly dis-likeable, others will reject them.
That is India. However, they were never rich as a country. But that is still India.
