I agree that all warnings should only be issued by gov, but gov should have established a CDC like system where doctors can report suspicious disease outbreak and get immediate response. Wuhan local gov clearly has no idea what to do. I don't know if that is because they are incapable or there is no system in place. The outbreak may not be this terrible if there was fast response. Head should rolls for this.

Anyway, the western media made it sound like if the gov heeded his warning early, then he could be saved, which is BS. The day he met with the patients who carried corona, his fate was sealed.
