--Those with flush toilets-- in urban hi-rise or more expensive housing. I suspect the craps are drained to sceptic tanks in most cases.

--Those with indoor sh1t hole in the ground which drains to sewage ditch(open or covered) just outside the dwellings

--No sh1t hole of any kind
