The picture on the wanted poster was a middle aged guy was kind white but he looked black in his facial features, probably a mixed race person.The funniest thing to me was he looked well dressed in his causal clothes.
And the coffee cup. He's buys a cup of coffee, then goes to take a poo in the bushes.
There are some bushes there around that area, but not a lot. He would be easily seen. Wonder if he does this during winter?
