My former HK hi-school history teacher(who hated communism with passion) rightly pointed out confucius had communist utopian vision.

Very obviously, 'communism' will be pushed by A.I.

A.I. will usher human into a new era, like it or not, more profound and across wider board than say steam engine. In the past, even unemployed workers(like Berlin in early 1930s)could get income as street walkers but in the future, sex andoids will displaced human prostitutes. If automation cut man power need by 50%, one has a choice:

-- Fire 50% of the workers and cut the manpower cost by 50% OR cut working hrs by 50% and keep the workers&same pay. Capitalists already label the latter way 'communism'.

Regarding the excess of (particularly yankie)capitalism, according to what I read, the soviet elite, like members of the soviet politbureau had income like 25 times of the average workers, some yankie capitalists laughed that in Nordic countries, the income ratio of elite to workers was about only 8 times. Now that ratio of average US corporate boss to employees is in the order of 100s. Jeff Bezos worths $157 billions
