The Chinese culture had never been "communistic" by nature,  In communism, there is no private property. All properties are public properties.  China right now is more of a capitalistic/socialistic country.

Anti-China propagandists have an easier time propogating the falsehood of Soviet style communist propoganda against the "Chi-Coms" than a traditionalist China.
