He's probably a paid US troll since he called Nanjing "Najiang" repeatedly. Mao Clone thinks he was a British Hong Kong political police, but I doubt it since he does not understand Cantonese. I think the mods said something about his IP years ago, he might not be in Hong Kong at all. He is only here to disrupt the conversations, instead of to add to the conversations, and should have been banned decades ago.
