For that ballistic or hypersonic glider ASM will do. One thing I'm quite confident is that chinese wouldnt waste money on weapons just for show. Even using aircraft to carry bombs against warships I suspect is passe unless those are glider guided bombs with over 100 km range. Actually I feel PLAN can do without carriers except for operations far from home like protecting trade route. That was why china didnt need carriers until trade volume became really big
