The 001A will most likely be an identical copy to the 001 with minor improvements. That's just how China does things. Incremental changes on an existing design until it comes out with an original design of its own. If the original 001 is 60-65K tons (depending on source) at full load, it's highly unlikely the 001A will be 50,000 tons.
