Even moving else where they still have to import parts from China to assembly. And no, India + Vietnam + Mexico can't replace China in terms of market and supply chain. DPP regime had been calling to move to SE Asia and S Asia since the time of Chen SB. China don't need blockade to deal TW serious economic blow. Blockade involved military action, by that time it's needed, it's better off to take the full action.
