Yup.  It has its blessings and its curse.

True but within the Pan-Chinese populace, there are quite a significant percentage that are more enlightened and can work together.   It may take a couple of generations of having a higher standard of living to shift for a scarcity mentality to an abundance mentality.

Which is why 21st century warfare maybe be more advantageous to China.  Cyberattacks, drones, A.I. accurate missiles...    Chinese people are excellent in computer games.
