What electric arcs? I'm not talking about cause of fire. It's the firefighter, PLA soldiers and Chongqing residents fighting the fire day and night. They put out the fire in 6 days, without their effort the fire may still be raging like the British Columbia wildfire raging in Canada today. Thousands will need to be evacuated.
