The current Israelis government is probably the most hawkish one in decades. It has no willingness to cut any deal whatsoever with Palestinians. The rise of the rights in the west, and the disunity in the Islamic world, gave the Israelis, the courage to ignore the human right issues, and to backtrack from whatever deals they have made with Palestinians. The Israeli gov was so happy when it saw the Arabs, Iranians, Turks, Kurds, Syrians are killing each other and distracting them from Palestine issue. Now China and Russia enter the foray and threaten to end  the entertainment for them.
