Finger crossed if it's true.  But I do think under Xi Jinping its his determination to have China independent of any foreign countries involvements. China has a core of talented, innovative and devoted young people. They will help China ti achieve and not to rely on you know who...sanctions, sanctions!!!! Go and get stuffed
