That 054B looks very interesting because the top of the main mast looks pretty large and may actually be able to house 4 fixed-panel AESA X-band arrays for fire control and surface search, while the rotating double array on the lower secondary mast looks more like a volume search radar in C- or S-band. The full-beam hangar area may indicate space for 2 helos. If they quad-pack the VLS with MRSAMs and include a TAS + VDS combo, the 054B could easily pull double duty as a local (medium-range) air defense + ASW warship. That would literally be a perfect frigate as far as I'm concerned.
