The Indian elephant's cup is filled not with radioactive green stuff, but with something more... yellow. One of his IV bags is labelled "Ganges water", the other one is murky yellow and has a picture of a cow. I wonder what that could possibly be?

The French rooster has half cup of radioactive water, did he drink the other half or was he only served half? What is he writing on the paper?

The Chinese cake seems to be a red velvet cake, very delicious but nobody has a knife to cut it.

The British lion wears a sash showing Great Britain separated into its constituent parts of England, Scotland, and Wales.

Uncle Sam the bald eagle is the most interesting. His radioactive cup glows the brightest of all, and the paper near his left hand can be seen to read "2 trillion", "4 trillion", etc. At his feet is an old rusty iron hook chained to something I can't identity - either a rusted ball and chain with a bell, or a faded cotton boll and cotton flower stained with old dried blood. Either way, it symbolizes the legacy of slavery - but the blood on the cotton balls on the table to the left and right of Uncle Sam is quite fresh. I guess the fresh blood means that blacks are still repressed in today's US, and the fact that the cotton is on Uncle Sam's left AND right means that both the US political left wing and right wing is behind the racism?

Did the Italian wolf and German eagle both reject the radioactive Japanese water, or did they finish drinking it already?

The box in front of the Australian kangaroo is labelled "AstraZeneca" and "Remdesivir", but the contents do not look like vaccine vials - more like some some kind of laboratory reagents?

The red cylinders in the background are not oxygen tanks, they look like helium.

The cockroach on the ground is a nice touch!

I really would like to see the original resolution, even this big one does not show sufficient detail. For example, there is something written on the Japanese dog's clothing but it is too small to read.
