Are you talking about the K.E. of Tianwen-1 relative to Mars, or relative to Earth?

Since Tianwen-1 is made to orbit Mars, its velocity relative to Mars (and therefore, its K.E. relavtive to Mars), is less than the escape velocity from Mars.
