Around a dozen of scientific experiments payload from space biology, life science, microgravity, space material, astronomy, to fluid dynamics etc. These experiment racks are not in the Tianhe core module though, they will be installed in the two space lab modules to be launched later. BTW I think the space station core module launch date is Apr 29, people going to see the launch are booking the hotel at this date.
