Space station will be completed in 2 years. Manned lunar mission will start in about 10 years. Lunar base after that. All the Chang'e missions are early pre-requisite preparation for the manned lunar mission. And the unmanned Mars mission will rinse and repeat what Chang'e did on the moon on Mars. I'll be posting here.
