"dog eating" and "organ harvesting" "dirty" Chinese.  The Chinese always have that kind of image.  It serves them well when trying to catch up but as the Chinese in general are crossing the middle income threshold, it has to be different.  It is a different game when trying to climb to the the next stage.  Indians can always go pretending.  It doesn't matter to me.  They are still sub-Saharan type of development and economy.  Go bark and then suffer.  If I was China, I would start pushing propaganda to separate the Dravidians and the Punjabis away.
