That is just textbook Fascism - when the state orders the sale of a business.

As far as I can tell, there are 800 million active users of TikTok and 40 million of them are in the United States. Whatever happens, it will not do that much damage to ByteDance or TikTok for that matter, America is just one country in the world.

But this is outrageous what the Americans want to do, take a company that others worked on building and sell it. This is not piracy. This is not legitimate. This is not rules based interaction. It is not capitalism. It is not socialism. This is straight ass Fascism!
