One comment, the world probably not be the same after this. In the United States, New York Governor Cuomo has stated that the peak of Covid-19 cases could arrive in 45 days. That is the peak, if that is accurate, double the 45 days then the outbreak would be under control. Therefore, 45 days to the peak of news cases, then another 45 days to no cases hopefully. That is 90 days, then you probably have to add a month just to be safe, as the incubation period is two weeks. Therefore that is at least 4 months.Assuming everything goes well. That is just New York state.
My personal opinion it will be far longer, I mean if it is 50% longer, that is only two months which makes it 6 months before things return to normal.

The new cases have not peaked yet. It should peak later than China because Italy did not implement more draconian measures as quickly as China. Since America was even slower, have to except that peak to be later.
If this shut down of the North American economy lasts for more than 6 months, then we do not know what the world will be like when it restarts.
The government of Canada already stated they will give money to every one. Not sure if that will be the case, I hope it is, but they seem to be confused as with everyone else. The point being there are no jobs due to the virus and with automation coming there will be much fewer jobs in the near future. The Universal Basic Income could be implemented across the Western world.
There could be no vaccine to Covid-19. The common cold is a coronavirus, there is no vaccine for the common cold. This coronavirus may not leave us, or even mutate to a more virulent form. Or another different coronavirus can emerge just as lethal. In short, the current system provides no security for the common person. People will demand security after living through this.
Watch those number of Covid-19 cases. The higher that goes, the more security people will demand in the future.
