Things are pretty safe up here, violence wise. It is still the same gangbangers killing each other. Otherwise, not much to be overly concerned with, other than catching the coronavirus.The key is to stay at least 2 yards away from people. If I see two people and they are talking, I want to get away. Those people who talk on the phone while walking are the worst, they are a potential walking bio-hazard.
With the virus spreading, people react in different ways. Some will be brave and noble in the face of dangers, others will degenerate into fear and panic, or lash out from the pressure. So yes, you are correct, be ready for anything.
It would seem people will quickly realize the only solution at the moment is for the government to hand out money with no questions asked. That should keep a lid on things. The longer they continue giving out free money the better it is I believe.
