law back in June when the rioters stormed the Legco, when they occupied and disrupted the airport, or when they were ramping up the violence before October 1. Now October 1 has passed...there is no more significant day to rally the rioters and the rioters are losing steam. And now you invoke the emergency law and give them a rallying cause. How stupid can you be?
