China should step up her purchasing of Russian arms in return! The Russian SU57 stealth fighter and S500 should be on the list ! The sad thing was the "Lada" class submarine was not a good one but China can purchase Russian made systems to boost the PLA!  Russia China together we can be strong by wrking together!, otherwise we will be defeated !  The Sanction wont do anything to PLA because CHina just buy weapons fro Russia only, what that sanction do is to scare off other countries try to sell weapons to the PLA!
