I honestly believe the average muslims outside muslim countries just consider islam a cultural tag and they have the same objectives like the rest.  Regarding the gayness thing, one just need to settle for the fact that 1)genes are not that uniformly laid out 2)Environment and stimuli can change hormones  3)The above 2 have impact on outlook on life.
