I'm not in that field but my impression is that in this age of advanced electronic video and data communication,there's no need for say an IT firm in US or canada which wants to make use of cheap foren IT labour to petition for work visa for those foreign cheap laboours' physical abott. Not any more; Video conferencing will sure do the job
