A)The US% of china's export is 'higher' than china% of US export. But two thngs people overlook:

i)The china values added in the "US% of china's export" might not be high,like german made components in Apple gadgets

ii)The more labour intensive jobs in china are leaving for places like vietnam , bangladesh....anyway

B)The US jobs loss in case of a trade war will in big corporation like Apples, Boeing,GM. To really create more US jobs, just what kinds of jobs, apparel making might be?

I suggest  Xi to call Trump to order more Trump steak. US agriculture still has an edge over lots of countries
