I strongly believe that Blacks are not excluded from oportunity if they chose to pursue but majority of Blacks want to be Michael Jordan. They want a shortcut.  Even refugees who came to this country with empty hands and with language barrier but hard work tend to succeed.  I have many and many more examples.  This is just one of them.
