There will be zero conflict in a country where everyone was equal, what I mean is economically, socially, with respectable job and respectable income. Will there be grievance if the black are given equal opportunity in private and government work with respectable income and respectable position.  What I see is all such positions like Human Right Commission, Radio Free Asia, Voice of America were given to white racists instead of people who need than most, and can really teach the world what is racism and freedom.
