The last time Taiwan was seperated from China, foreign power get a head start to use Chinese fighting Chinese saving a lot of their war effort.  In second world war, lots of Taiwanese were sent to mainland and South East Asia as spy before the war started. In one case in a town in Malaya, a female teacher from Taiwan became the informant who tracked down teachers and students of schools for extermination by Japanese Kempitai who practice10% rule over conquered area.  This kind of tragedy will repeat if Taiwan is seperated again.  Imagine what will happen if foreigners instigate and support indigenious indians or African American to form a nation of their own in America, will that be tolerated?
