Originally, they were buying in bulk. Now they want bulk prices for a small order. Since the Rafale is now winning orders, most likely the French will tell them to phack off.
like kiln bricks,bicyles for internal consumption, not aircraft parts or other hi sounding for-xport manufacture which could never create enuff jobs for the hindus. And the hindus arent over-supplied with steel; china produces 10 times as much for machine building, construction and infrastructure.
