环球网报道 记者 张晓芳】据纽约《每日新闻》网站7月20日报道，来自布鲁克林的女教师艾莲·塞雅，被控与一名16岁华裔男学生发生性行为。她在当地时间18日否认强奸控罪。

　　　报道称，艾莲·塞雅出席布鲁克林高等法院的重罪提审，跟她的律师丈夫携手走入法庭，西装遮住了身上多处纹身。在法官指出塞雅不得跟原告有任何接触时，塞雅表示“明白”。

　　报道还称根据教育局调查，这名麦迪逊高中（Madison High School）的英语老师，被指去年12月与其华裔学生伍克文（Kevin Eng，译音）有至少8次的亲密接触，每次将最高面临7年监禁。调查人员还发现，伍克文跟塞雅之间互通了4000条短信，而伍克文更能够清楚地描述出老师塞雅大腿上的人鱼纹身。

　　报道指出，塞雅将于9月19日再次上庭，而那时面对的法官墨菲，曾在近期的一宗案件中只判处承认跟2名男孩发生性行为的男被告2年监禁。

A teacher at Brooklyn’s “Horndog High” pleaded not guilty Wednesday to statutory rape charges for her alleged affair with a 16-year-old student.

A demure Erin Sayar, wearing a suit that covered her many tattoos, appeared in Brooklyn Supreme Court for the felony arraignment.

"I understand," she told the judge after being instructed not to make any contact with her teenage accuser.

The English teacher at Madison High School, known as Horndog High for its history of sexual shenanigans, was student Kevin Eng’s designated tutor when the two had at least eight intimate encounters last December, according to an Education Department investigation.

The extracurricular activity was discovered when Eng's girlfriend found Facebook messages between the boy and the teacher. Investigators also found that Sayar and Eng exchanged 4,000 text messages and that the student could describe a mermaid tattoo across his tutor's thigh.

Sayar, a married mother who walked to court hand in hand with her lawyer husband, is facing up to seven years for each sex act with Eng, who is now 17.

Eng’s parents thanked the district attorney for bringing the charges in a statement given by their lawyer Bruce Baron, who had brought legal action against the city.

Sayar is due back in court Sept. 19. She will appear in front of Justice Martin Murphy, who last week gave a man who admitted to bedding two teenage boys only two years behind bars.
