桑兰案重大进展--状纸被批准递入

今天突然想起桑兰案，查了一下，发现案子取得重大进展。在10月初，我曾报道“桑兰及徐律师开炮了，而且是多管火箭炮齐射”。具体来说，桑兰向美国联邦法院发出动议，要求递交第四版修改起诉书（简称4AC）。状纸增加时代华纳为被告，增加对莫虎及KS LIU等人的指控。详情参见我前面的报道分析。
但是，看官须知，美国联邦民事诉讼程序允许在诉讼初期不经批准即可修改状纸一次，如果再要修改，就需要法官批准了。因此，上次桑兰只是要求递交4AC，能否递进去还是未定之数。
今天一看，桑兰的4AC已经递进去了。被告们宣称准备直接回应4AC的内容，而不是试图阻止4AC的递交。
接下来，将又是一场大战。被告们必须在12月14日前回应。
4AC长达70多页，可谓字字血、声声泪，被告们要脱身，恐怕并非易事。
