韩高高给法庭的宣誓证词中提到，我曾经给他发去加州法院的证人传票，并亲自去翰山网与他私信联系（韩高高还附上了我给他的私信--看文末附件）。我这封私信中说到：希望 Hanshan.Info 执行加州法院的传票，逾期不对证人传票回应 TA 将成为被告。
韩高高还附上了杨文彬、刘牧野诽谤案中加州法院法官的裁决，说除非对方同意电子邮件无效。
另外：在法院裁决韩高高已经被传之后，某天下午我突然接到一个电话，号码是加州的，断断续续，大部分听不清楚，说他是翰山。我说起诉的人是韩高高，你是不是韩高高。之后他的回应我也没听清楚是不是承认了自己是韩高高。然后他提出要延期回应，我当时就拒绝了，说我都没法确认你是谁，你要有什么要求请书面进行。之后，我接到一个传真，上面没有地址、没有EMAIL，传真号码也是加州的，说我在电话已经同意被告延期。我立刻回了一个传真说我连他身份都无法确认，根本不可能这么贸然决定。现在韩高高仍然一口咬定我当时在电话中同意他延期回应。看来今后，跟这些人电话必须同意录音。
