Couple of points.
1. Russia navy definitely wants a new life for one reason, the Battle of Tsushima.
2. 2049 will be a lot sooner, more like 2039.
3. China should consider if aircraft carriers are as obsolete as battleships in WW2.
4. Russia and China should definitely work and fight together.
