On the other news, 053H3 are starting to retire. 527 Luoyang was built on 2005, at the age of 20 years, it's newer then the first two 052C and 052B. 527, 528 will be transferred to Dalian Naval Academy. Two other will be transferred to test unit. Four other maybe exported. Should have just transfer to CCG. These ships have undergone upgrade, eg. replacing HQ-7 with HQ-10, guess they prefer not to let the upgrade go to waste, thus won’t be transferred to CCG.
