Probably haven't install yet on the deck, just as EMAL haven't been install also. Beneath the deck the space is allocated for the arrestor and EMAL. Since 076 has EMAL you already know it's going to catapult heavy aircraft, manned or unmanned, and it definitely need mechanism to land the aircraft take off from it.
Also mentioned in the broadcast of the launch ceremony.
